It's always good to know where your food and drink come from and it is also good to know that everyone is getting a fair deal. Here is some information on where we get our goods from.
Coffee
We buy our coffee from J. Atkinsons of Lancaster. They have been supplying coffee from 1837, so we feel that they have the experience needed to blend amazing coffee! Atkinson's play their role in the wider global community by Ethically Sourcing the very highest quality of both Tea & Coffee.
Milk
Our milk is sourced from our local farm which is run by the Balmer family. It is situated on Nelson Rd, Briercliffe, Burnley.
Sugar
The sugar we buy is fairtrade, giving farmers from 3rd world countries a better deal for their hard work.
